Take charge of low-complexity data engineering components and certain data architecture functions. Actively participate in the collection, analysis, and formalization of business needs. Design and deploy decision-making dashboards using Power BI. Ensure complete autonomy over deliverables, from definition to production. Navigate in environments with unstructured processes, frequently interacting with external suppliers or partners. Collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders to advance data initiatives.

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Power BI dashboards for Agile, DevOps, and delivery metrics using data from ADO, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. Build data models and transformations in Power Query and DAX to calculate key KPIs, and implement automated data ingestion via ADO and GitHub REST APIs. Collaborate with Agile CoE and DevOps teams to define metrics and dashboard requirements.

As a Senior Data Architect at CI&T, you will lead the development of data systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency. You'll guide newer team members, fostering their growth, and collaborate with diverse teams to optimize data setups. Explaining complex data concepts simply, you will spearhead technology adoption, guide updates, and elevate the company's data capabilities, promoting continuous learning and innovative thinking.
